How does Botox work?

What is Dysport?

What is the procedure for applying Botox?

The treatment lasts a few minutes and is performed in the clinic and is not accompanied by pain. The injection is done carefully and painlessly thanks to the long experience of Dr. Nikolaos Trakos. Although in the majority of cases it is not necessary, it is possible to apply a local anesthetic cream 30 minutes before the injection.

Do you give any instructions after applying Botox?

We give written and oral instructions on what to look out for after applying Botox.

Some of them are the following:

– Avoid lying down for 3-4 hours after infusion
– Avoid hot showers, warm air in the hair, sauna, steam bath for the next few hours

The first results start to show after 3-4 days. For the first few days the patient thinks that there is no result. Which dose of Botox is the best?
